Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Rhodiola Rosea powder about 150mg
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Orange wheel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker or jar, combine Rhodiola powder and nutritional yeast with lemon juice. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add orange juice, grapefruit juice, ginger, and honey. Muddle ginger gently with a spoon.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a wine glass or tumbler filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim.

Notes

Best enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon. Rhodiola can be stimulating for some people, so avoid evening consumption. Fresh juices make a significant difference over store-bought.
