In a shaker or jar, combine Rhodiola powder and nutritional yeast with lemon juice. Stir until dissolved.
Add orange juice, grapefruit juice, ginger, and honey. Muddle ginger gently with a spoon.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a wine glass or tumbler filled with fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with an orange wheel on the rim.
