In a shaker or jar, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and honey until fragrant and the mint is bruised but not shredded.
Add L-Theanine powder and matcha. Stir to dissolve completely.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with a reusable straw.
Notes
Consume within 10 minutes for best carbonation. The matcha will settle, which is fine. Just stir before each sip. Contains approximately 30mg caffeine from matcha.
