Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add chamomile and steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag or strain loose chamomile. Pour tea into your favorite mug.
Add tart cherry juice, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir until honey dissolves.
Add magnesium glycinate powder and stir until completely dissolved. It may fizz slightly.
Let cool to comfortable drinking temperature, about 2-3 minutes.
Sip slowly as part of your wind-down routine, ideally 30-60 minutes before bed.
Notes
Drink 30-60 minutes before desired sleep time for best results. The magnesium and chamomile work gradually. Can be made ahead and gently reheated. Store refrigerated for up to 2 days.
